Locally Sourced & A Perfect Match

What's a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a popular way for consumers to buy
local, seasonal food directly from a local farm. Your membership funds are used
towards operation costs. Here are the basics: the farm offers a certain number
of “shares” to the public. Typically the share consists of a box of vegetables,
but other farm products may be included. Interested consumers purchase a share (aka a “membership” or a “subscription”) and in return they receive a basket of seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season.

Here's the Dirt

• Length of CSA: April-June (3 months)
• You will receive 6-8 different types of veggies per week along with recipes
or ideas for cooking
• Pick up your share every Wednesday at TRACE Restaurant from 4-9 PM
in W Atlanta-Midtown (complimentary valet parking)
• Cost of half share $360 for 1-2 people or full share $540 for 3-4 people
• With a passion for providing locally sourced ingredients, TRACE and CSAs
are a natural pairing — like two peas in a pod
