The Green Concert
The first Green Concert with Dave Matthews Band and the Allman Brothers and again with the second Green Concert with Sir Paul McCartney and The Script has set a standard for what a "Green" event should look like.

Piedmont Park Conservancy has implemented a new initiative on environmental sustainability, which has not only established a "green print" for the daily operation of Atlanta's most beloved Park, it created guidelines for developing 53 new acres of green space.

The purpose of the Conservancy's environmental sustainability policy is to meet the needs of an ever-increasing number of Park users, preserve the natural ecosystems of the Park for the long term and implement best practices for the environment.
